Carter Boucher is a Master Teaching Artist for ARTS ACCESS SOUTH CAROLINA and a South Carolina Arts Commission Directory Artist. Blind in one eye, with glaucoma in the other, he won the International Golden Poet Award, and his art has won awards, been featured in magazines, and on Public Television.
